All details of the wedding coverage will be planned in consultation with the client. Louise Chamberlain shall be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venues specified. Louise Chamberlain will edit every take and deliver what she considers to be the best of every situation covered. Images of no value, i.e. pictures with poor expressions, blinking etc shall be deleted.
In the event of illness or incapacity which would prevent Louise Chamberlain from carrying out the commission, she will make every effort to find a replacement photographer but no guarantee can be given. If a replacement photographer cannot be made available, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, the photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Neither party shall be liable for indirect consequential loss.
A non-refundable deposit of £30 will be required at the time of booking a portrait session or 50% of the total cost of wedding package selected is required to reserve the date and specified coverage. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding service or portrait session. The deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation. If a cancellation is received less than TWO MONTHS prior to the wedding date, the full amount will be payable.
The booking is not confirmed until a full deposit is received. All packages are to be paid in full on or before the selected wedding / portrait date.
All extra products bought need to be paid for up front.
Where the location is greater than 10 miles from CR2 postcode, the client is responsible for all extra travel costs. Mileage is charged at 40p per mile.
Louise Chamberlain reserves the right to use any images taken during the day for publicity or marketing purposes.
Payment should be made by cash or cheque made payable to Louise Chamberlain. Please do not send any cash through the post.
